Peter Jackson
ITSA is a one-person advisory firm built on my direct experience. I’ve worked in civilian roles at DCSA and across multiple CFIUS functions, as a contractor at OUSD (A&S), DIU, and DARPA, and in private industry covering third party risk, M&A, supply chains, and investment analysis.
During my tenure at these agencies and companies, I helped create the investigative landscape you’ll be facing. Now I’m trying to help you navigate these complexities by leveraging all the solutions I originally anticipated.
When I joined DCSA as a civilian in 2011, FOCI was still a check-the-box exercise. My work over the following decade in that agency helped transform FOCI into the structured investigative model it follows today. After serving for a decade as DCSA’s liaison to CFIUS, I joined the CFIUS non-notified team to reinvent their data aggregation and analysis process.
At Exiger, I created a blended methodology for third-party risk assessment and supply chain analysis, launching the company’s $100 million supply chain business and sparking massive U.S. Government investment in de-risking multi-tier defense supply chains.
